Barista (Eastwood and Ortigas)

We are seeking a skilled and passionate Barista to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of coffee preparation techniques, excellent customer service skills, and a dedication to delivering high-quality beverages. As a Barista, your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

• Preparing and serving a variety of coffee beverages, teas, and other drinks in accordance with company recipes and standards.
• Providing excellent customer service by taking orders, answering questions, and recommending products.
• Operating various coffee-making equipment, including espresso machines, grinders, and brewing equipment.
• Maintaining a clean and organized workspace to ensure a sanitary and inviting environment for customers.
• Restocking and managing inventory, ensuring supplies are readily available.

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Barista or in a similar role is preferred.
• Knowledge of different coffee types and their characteristics.
• Familiarity with coffee-making equipment and machinery.
• Strong customer service skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A positive attitude and a passion for delivering quality service.
