The International Accounts Manager plays a vital role in managing and expanding the organization's international client base. Qualifications:

  • Bachelors Degree in Business, International Relations, or a related field
  • 2-3 years of inside sales/ International Account management experience (Focused on Renewal)
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Experience in a corporate sales environment preferred (B2B)

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Manage and nurture a portfolio of international accounts, serving as the primary point of contact.
  2. Develop an in-depth understanding of each client's business, objectives, and specific needs in the international context.
  3. Identify opportunities for growth and expansion within the international client base.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and logistics, to ensure client needs are met on a global scale.
  5. Monitor international account performance, track key metrics, and report on account health.
  6. Coordinate international pricing, negotiations, and contract renewals.
  7. Ensure compliance with international regulations and trade requirements, adapting strategies accordingly.
  8. Proactively address international clients' concerns and issues, working to resolve them effectively.
  9. Participate in client visits, trade shows, and international events to strengthen client relationships.
  10. Keep clients informed of market trends, international industry updates, and global best practices.
  11. Provide accurate and timely documentation, including contracts, agreements, and account records.
  12. Prepare and present international account plans and strategies to achieve mutual goals.
