Job Summary:

We are looking for a capable and client-focused Senior Consultant Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM to lead the delivery of functional and configuration workstreams for CRM solutions. This role will focus on implementing Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) modules such as Sales, Customer Service, and Marketing, and will support clients in aligning CRM capabilities with business goals.

The role is suited for professionals with strong functional consulting experience and a deep understanding of CRM processes, configuration, and end-user enablement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the functional implementation of Dynamics 365 CRM solutions, including requirement gathering, configuration, testing, and deployment.
  • Configure core components such as entities, workflows, forms, views, dashboards, and business process flows.
  • Translate business requirements into system capabilities and provide input to solution design and architecture.
  • Facilitate workshops and walkthroughs with stakeholders and end users to validate requirements and demonstrate features.
  • Collaborate with technical teams on integrations, custom development, and system enhancements.
  • Support user acceptance testing (UAT), training delivery, and go-live activities.
  • Provide post-implementation support and continuous improvement recommendations.
  • Assist in creating documentation including functional specifications, test cases, and user guides.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 5-7 years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE implementation, including configuration and solution delivery.
  • Strong understanding of CRM business processes across sales, service, or marketing functions.
  • Experience with Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate) is a plus.
  • Familiarity with Agile delivery methodologies and CRM lifecycle management.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work directly with clients and cross-functional teams.

  • Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Functional Consultant Associate
  • Microsoft Certified: Customer Service Functional Consultant Associate
