Job Summary:

We are looking for a well-rounded and proactive HR Generalist to support day-to-day HR operations, employee engagement, and compliance for a fast-growing service-oriented organization. This role plays a key part in ensuring a positive employee experience by handling core HR functions such as recruitment, onboarding, policy implementation, employee relations, and HR administration.

The ideal candidate is people-oriented, highly organized, and capable of balancing strategic support with operational execution in a dynamic, high-touch professional environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support end-to-end recruitment activities including job posting, screening, scheduling, and candidate coordination.
  • Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring smooth transitions and proper documentation.
  • Maintain and update employee records, contracts, and HRIS data with accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Assist in implementing company policies, procedures, and internal communications.
  • Provide support in benefits administration, government compliance, and employee queries.
  • Monitor attendance, leave, and performance management processes in coordination with line managers.
  • Support employee engagement programs, internal events, and wellness initiatives.
  • Participate in audits and ensure adherence to labor laws and internal standards.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of HR workflows, forms, and reporting mechanisms.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 2-4 years of generalist experience in HR, preferably in a professional services, BPO, or high-growth organization.
  • Working knowledge of labor laws and statutory requirements.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a service-oriented mindset.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple HR processes efficiently.
  • Proficient in MS Office and HRIS platforms (experience with tools like Sprout, HReasily, or BambooHR is a plus).
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment in employee matters.
