Job Summary:
We are seeking a Japanese-speaking Salesforce Developer to design, build, and support customized Salesforce solutions for enterprise clients. This role requires close collaboration with Japanese-speaking stakeholders and cross-functional teams to gather requirements, implement features, and ensure the CRM platform supports evolving business needs.
The ideal candidate has solid hands-on experience with Salesforce Apex, Lightning, and integrations, and is comfortable communicating technical details and user requirements in both Japanese and English.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, test, and deploy custom Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, and declarative tools.
- Translate Japanese business requirements and functional specifications into scalable technical solutions.
- Collaborate with business analysts, QA, and offshore/onshore teams to ensure accurate and timely delivery.
- Integrate Salesforce with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware platforms.
- Maintain documentation of technical designs, processes, and user guides.
- Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies, support code reviews, and ensure compliance with development standards.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Salesforce functionality and performance.
- Stay updated with Salesforce platform enhancements and recommend improvements based on best practices.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
- 3+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or Experience Cloud.
- Proficient in Japanese (JLPT N4 or higher) and English verbal and written.
- Strong knowledge of Apex, SOQL, Lightning Components, and Salesforce administration/configuration.
- Experience with API integrations and tools like MuleSoft, Dell Boomi, or similar is a plus.
- Salesforce Platform Developer I certification required; Developer II or additional certifications are an advantage.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a multilingual and multicultural team setup.
