Job Description: We are seeking a dedicated and versatile individual to join our team as an All-Around Barista Cashier and Server. This role is responsible for providing exceptional customer service, preparing and serving beverages, handling cash transactions, and ensuring the cleanliness and organization of the café. The ideal candidate will be passionate about coffee, enthusiastic about delivering a positive customer experience, and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Greet customers warmly and provide friendly, efficient service throughout their visit.
  2. Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages, including espresso, cappuccino, latte, and specialty drinks, according to established recipes and quality standards.
  3. Operate espresso machines, coffee grinders, and other equipment with precision and care.
  4. Handle cash transactions accurately, including processing payments, issuing receipts, and maintaining a balanced cash register.
  5. Assist customers in selecting menu items and provide information about ingredients, allergens, and pricing as needed.
  6. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the café, including beverage preparation areas, serving counters, and dining tables.
  7. Monitor and restock inventory of coffee beans, milk, syrups, cups, and other supplies as needed.
  8. Follow food safety and hygiene protocols, including proper handling of food and beverage items, cleaning procedures, and sanitation practices.
  9. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operation of the café during peak hours and special events.
  10. Uphold company policies and procedures, including compliance with health and safety regulations.


  1. High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in hospitality or food service is a plus.
  2. Previous experience as a barista, cashier, or server in a café, restaurant, or similar establishment preferred.
  3. Strong knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and familiarity with espresso machines and other beverage preparation equipment.
  4. Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to interact professionally with diverse clientele.
  5. Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and calculating order totals.
  6. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
  7. Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards.
  8. Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed.
  9. Positive attitude, teamwork mentality, and willingness to learn and adapt.
