B2B Experience (phone, email and chat)

End to End retention and renewal experience

Grow Customer Portfolio

Bachelor's Degree/Completed 2 years in college

Salary for Mandarin Acct Manager:

Basic plus 50k Language premium**

Hybrid Set up: 3 days WAH 2 days onsite

APAC Shift for Mandarin speaker: Dayshift 6AM to 2PM

We are also looking for:

English Account Managers that cover 3 shifts 

(Bulk is Mid shift: 2pm to 10pm)

Open for Manila and Ilo-Ilo sites.
