Job Title: Sr. Network Engineer (Unified Communication / VOIP Support)
Location: Taguig City, Philippines | Hybrid Setup

We're hiring a Senior Network Engineer specializing in Unified Communications and VOIP support. If you have deep hands-on experience with Cisco voice technologies and thrive in high-pressure, enterprise environments this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities

  • Configure and troubleshoot Cisco Unified Communication tools including CUCM, Unity Connection, and Contact Center solutions (Finesse, eGain, Calabrio, ICM).

  • Support and maintain Cisco Unified Border Element (CUBE) and related VOIP infrastructure.

  • Manage enterprise-level voice systems including voice gateways, PSTN trunks, and SIP trunking.

  • Oversee large-scale IVR/ACD implementations and enterprise dial-plan configuration.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams for design, deployment, and support of voice network infrastructure.

  • Provide guidance and mentorship to junior engineers.

  • Participate in on-call and 24x7 shift rotation when required.

  • Ensure high availability and performance of unified communication systems.

Non-Negotiable Skills

  • Proven experience with Cisco CUCM and Unity Connection.

  • Hands-on expertise in Cisco Contact Center tools (Finesse, eGain, Calabrio, ICM).

  • Strong knowledge and troubleshooting experience with Cisco CUBE.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in IT, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

  • CCNA Collaboration certification or equivalent work experience.

  • 5+ years in voice network engineering and infrastructure support.

  • Solid knowledge of Cisco VoIP solutions including:

    • Cisco CVP, CER, CUBE, SME, VXML Gateways

    • SIP Trunks, WebEx Soft Phones

    • QoS for Voice/Video and Enterprise Dial Plan

  • Strong troubleshooting, organizational, and communication skills.

  • Ability to work independently and handle high-pressure situations effectively.

  • Background in retail or fast-paced enterprise environments is a plus.
