About the job HR Specialist
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Collects, analyzes, and reports management data to support decisions on day-to-day operations, strategic planning and specific business performance issues
- Collates, models, interprets, and analyzes data; explains variances and trends
- Identifies and documents enhancements to modeling techniques
- Developing professional role with working knowledge in own discipline
- Solves a range of routine problems
- Demonstrates some proficiency with concepts and processes
- Analyses possible solutions using standard procedures
- Receives a moderate level of guidance and direction from more senior level roles
Role to support the company's HR community:
- Studying and reviewing existing platforms to identify the most efficient way to create database for reporting
- Be the point of contact for the assigned HR workstream and collaborate with the business partners in using the best out of the available data
- Develop database, reports, or interactive dashboards through different platforms such as Excel, Qlik, or other BI tools
- Provide recommendations and analysis of data to the business partners to assist them in making strategic and data
- Driven decisions
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Behavioral Science, Human Resources Management or equivalent
- With experience as HR Specialist, HR Analyst, or similar role
- Functional Knowledge: Requires expanded conceptual knowledge in own job discipline and broadens capabilities
- Business Expertise: Understands key business drivers; uses this understanding to accomplish own work
- Leadership: No supervisory responsibilities but may provide guidance to new associates
- Problem Solving: Solves standard problems by analyzing possible solutions using experience, judgment, and precedents
- Impact: Impacts quality of own work and the work of others on the team; works within guidelines and policies
- Interpersonal Skills: Explains information to others in straightforward situations
