Responsibilities:

1. Talent Acquisition:

  • Lead the recruitment process, from job posting and candidate sourcing to interviewing and onboarding.
  • Develop and implement effective strategies for attracting and retaining high-quality candidates.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and ensure a diverse and qualified talent pool.

2. Employee Relations:

  • Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture by promoting open communication and resolving workplace conflicts.
  • Handle employee relations matters with sensitivity and confidentiality, addressing concerns and promoting employee well-being.
  • Implement and enforce company policies and procedures in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

3. Performance Management:

  • Develop and implement performance management systems to drive employee engagement and productivity.
  • Guide managers on performance reviews, goal-setting, and professional development plans.
  • Identify and address performance issues in collaboration with department heads.

4. Training and Development:

  • Coordinate training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
  • Work closely with department heads to identify training needs and implement effective learning initiatives.
  • Support career development and succession planning within the organization.

5. Benefits Administration:

  • Administer employee benefits programs, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with benefits providers and brokers to optimize offerings and provide employees with competitive and attractive benefit packages.

6. Compliance and Risk Management:

  • Stay current with employment laws and regulations to ensure company compliance.
  • Mitigate HR-related risks by developing and implementing policies and procedures that align with legal requirements.

7. HR Strategy and Planning:

  • Contribute to the development and implementation of HR strategies that align with organizational goals.
  • Provide guidance and support to leadership on HR-related matters, contributing to the overall success of the company.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master's degree or HR certification is a plus.
  • Proven experience as an HR Manager for 3-5 years and above (required)
  • Strong understanding of employment laws and regulations.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Proficient in HRIS (Human Resources Information System) and Microsoft Office Suite.
