Job Summary:
We are looking for a highly analytical and business-oriented Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Manager to lead financial planning, forecasting, and reporting processes within a dynamic, service-driven organization. The successful candidate will serve as a strategic partner to business leaders, providing insights that drive informed decisions and contribute to the organizations financial performance and operational efficiency.
This role will be responsible for budgeting, variance analysis, forecasting, management reporting, and financial modeling. It requires strong financial acumen, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate financial concepts clearly to non-financial stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the preparation of annual budgets, rolling forecasts, and long-range financial plans across supported functions.
- Conduct variance analysis and deliver actionable insights to explain performance against budgets and forecasts.
- Provide timely, accurate, and insightful management reports and financial dashboards.
- Support monthly and quarterly close processes by preparing and reviewing journal entries, accruals, and key reconciliations related to FP&A.
- Develop robust financial models to support scenario planning, pricing strategies, and business case analysis.
- Partner with business and functional leaders to align financial goals with operational strategies.
- Prepare executive-level presentations and materials for internal and external stakeholders.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement automation to enhance efficiency and data accuracy.
- Ensure compliance with internal financial policies, procedures, and audit requirements.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; CPA or MBA is a plus.
- 6-8 years of progressive experience in financial planning and analysis, ideally in a shared services, BPO, or multinational environment.
- Strong understanding of budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and financial modeling.
- Proficient in financial systems and tools such as Excel (advanced level), Power BI, or similar business intelligence platforms.
- Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Workday) is preferred.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills; able to translate financial data into business insights.
- High attention to detail, with strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
