Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced and customer-focused Product Manager to lead the development and optimization of digital products in a print manufacturing and e-commerce environment. This role is responsible for managing the product lifecycle from strategy to executionworking cross-functionally with engineering, UX, marketing, and operations to deliver seamless and impactful user experiences across web and platform interfaces.

The ideal candidate combines a strong product mindset with a data-driven approach, an understanding of e-commerce user behavior, and the ability to manage end-to-end delivery in an agile setup.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define and manage the product roadmap for e-commerce or workflow platforms, prioritizing features based on business value, customer feedback, and data insights.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, UX, QA, operations, and marketing) to design, build, test, and launch product enhancements.
  • Conduct user research, competitive benchmarking, and usability testing to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Translate business requirements into user stories and functional specs, ensuring clarity for developers and alignment with strategic goals.
  • Monitor product performance using analytics tools and KPIs; propose optimizations to drive engagement, conversion, and operational efficiency.
  • Act as the product owner in agile ceremoniesbacklog grooming, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
  • Gather feedback from customers and internal stakeholders to inform future iterations and ensure high levels of satisfaction.
  • Ensure products meet quality standards, accessibility requirements, and scalability expectations.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Business, Computer Science, Marketing, or related field; a Masters degree or product certification (e.g., CSPO, Pragmatic) is a plus.
  • 5+ years of experience in product management, preferably within e-commerce, digital platforms, or technology-enabled services.
  • Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies, product lifecycle management, and UX principles.
  • Experience working with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Figma, Google Analytics, or similar platforms.
  • Exceptional communication, prioritization, and stakeholder management skills.
  • A customer-first mindset with a proven ability to balance user needs, technical feasibility, and business goals.
