Job Description:

Responsibilities:

  • Receive and respond to inquiries from both internal and external customers
  • Research to determine appropriate resolution steps as per SOP/ policies/parameters using the company's systems
  • Maintain customer records in accordance with policies and procedures.
  • Maintains an effective follow-up process to ensure the completion of commitments to customers
  • Provide Customer with product and service information
  • Recognize, document and alert the supervisor of trends in customer calls.
  • Recommend process improvements.

Qualifications/Requirements:

  • Amenable to work in a hybrid training arrangement, and pre-dominant work-from-home set-up after completion of bridge period.
  • Excellent English Verbal and written Communication Skills
  • Must be able to finish at least 2 years in college
  • Candidates must be willing to work on Night Shift/Shifting Schedules.
  • Should have good, wired internet connection of at least 30MBPS.
