Job Description:
Responsibilities:
- Receive and respond to inquiries from both internal and external customers
- Research to determine appropriate resolution steps as per SOP/ policies/parameters using the company's systems
- Maintain customer records in accordance with policies and procedures.
- Maintains an effective follow-up process to ensure the completion of commitments to customers
- Provide Customer with product and service information
- Recognize, document and alert the supervisor of trends in customer calls.
- Recommend process improvements.
Qualifications/Requirements:
- Amenable to work in a hybrid training arrangement, and pre-dominant work-from-home set-up after completion of bridge period.
- Excellent English Verbal and written Communication Skills
- Must be able to finish at least 2 years in college
- Candidates must be willing to work on Night Shift/Shifting Schedules.
- Should have good, wired internet connection of at least 30MBPS.

- Prior experience in back office operations
- Should be Customer Centric
- Excellent Typing skills
- Excellent English Reading Comprehension Skills
- Working knowledge of Computers
- Professional etiquettes and ability to work with a Team
