Job Summary:

We are seeking a technically skilled and client-focused Senior IAM Consultant to support identity transformation initiatives for global organizations. This role will contribute to the design, development, and implementation of Identity & Access Management solutions that align with security best practices, regulatory requirements, and business needs. The role is ideal for individuals with a strong foundation in IAM frameworks and technologies who are looking to step into leadership or solution design responsibilities.

The position involves close collaboration with both internal and client-facing stakeholders, offering opportunities to shape enterprise IAM strategies and deliver secure, scalable solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the planning, design, and implementation of IAM solutions across enterprise environments.
  • Assist in developing technical architectures for identity lifecycle management, access governance, authentication, and authorization.
  • Configure and deploy IAM tools and integrations with business applications, cloud platforms, and directories.
  • Contribute to the creation of role-based access models, identity workflows, and policy enforcement strategies.
  • Perform technical assessments and identify gaps or improvements in existing IAM infrastructure and processes.
  • Support project documentation, risk assessments, compliance requirements, and end-user enablement activities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including security, infrastructure, application, and compliance teams.
  • Stay updated on IAM trends, emerging threats, and technologies to inform recommendations and solution design.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or related field.
  • 4-6 years of experience in IAM implementation, security consulting, or identity governance roles.
  • Familiarity with industry-standard IAM platforms (e.g., SailPoint, Okta, Ping Identity, ForgeRock, Microsoft Entra ID).
  • Understanding of authentication protocols (e.g., SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect), RBAC/ABAC models, and directory services.
  • Knowledge of cloud IAM concepts (AWS, Azure, or GCP) is a plus.
  • Experience with compliance frameworks such as ISO 27001, NIST, or GDPR preferred.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Ability to manage multiple workstreams and adapt to evolving client requirements.
