Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly organized and collaborative People & HR Advisory Supervisor to support the delivery of people-focused consulting services. This role involves managing day-to-day project tasks, supervising junior team members, and contributing to client engagements focused on organizational development, HR transformation, change management, and workforce strategy.

The ideal candidate has strong HR knowledge, experience in a consulting or project-based environment, and the ability to drive execution while maintaining high-quality client service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the planning and execution of client engagements related to human capital, organization design, change management, and workforce planning.
  • Supervise the work of junior team members, review outputs, and ensure quality and timely delivery.
  • Contribute to the development of reports, presentations, and deliverables that align with client objectives.
  • Conduct research, benchmarking, and analysis on HR trends, practices, and organizational effectiveness.
  • Coordinate with clients and internal teams for information gathering, issue resolution, and status reporting.
  • Assist in the facilitation of workshops, training sessions, or stakeholder engagement activities.
  • Ensure documentation and project tracking are up-to-date and aligned with engagement goals.
  • Contribute to internal knowledge-building, proposal development, and process improvements.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business, or a related field; a masters degree or certification (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP) is an advantage.
  • 3-5 years of experience in HR consulting, organizational development, or a related field.
  • Solid understanding of HR functions, organizational behavior, and people strategy.
  • Experience managing junior team members or coordinating project workstreams.
  • Strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Analytical mindset with attention to detail and ability to deliver high-quality outputs.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with project management tools is a plus.
