Responsibilities:
1. Office Management:
- Oversee day-to-day office operations, ensuring a well-organized and productive work environment.
- Manage office supplies, equipment, and facilities, coordinating maintenance and repairs as needed.
2. Administrative Support:
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to various departments.
- Assist in scheduling appointments, meetings, and managing calendars for executives.
3. Communication and Correspondence:
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries, directing them to the appropriate parties.
- Draft and proofread various documents, including emails, memos, and reports.
4. Data Entry and Record Keeping:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, databases, and filing systems.
- Assist in data entry and data management tasks to support various business functions.
5. Event Coordination:
- Assist in the planning and coordination of company events, meetings, and employee engagement activities.
6. Travel Arrangements:
- Coordinate travel arrangements for team members, including booking flights, accommodations, and transportation.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in administrative roles with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with keen attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Positive attitude, adaptability, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- High level of confidentiality and professionalism.
