As an Accounts Manager with a focus on customer problem-solving, you will take a customer-centric approach to account management, ensuring that clients' needs and issues are addressed effectively. You will be responsible for not only maintaining financial aspects but also fostering strong, long-lasting client relationships by understanding and resolving their challenges.
Qualifications:
- At least 2nd year college undergrad
- 2-3 years of lead generation or inside sales experience with proven successful sales background
- Account Management experience (Focused on Customer problem)
- Great listener, quick thinker, and the ability to work independently and as a team
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Experience in a corporate sales environment preferred (B2B)
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with assigned clients, acting as the primary point of contact.
- Gain a deep understanding of clients' businesses and the specific challenges they face, with a focus on problem-solving.
- Regularly communicate with clients to identify their needs, concerns, and opportunities for improvement.
- Collaborate with internal teams to tailor solutions and services to meet clients' unique requirements.
- Provide proactive support to anticipate and resolve client issues, ensuring their satisfaction and success.
- Assist in contract renewals, upselling, and cross-selling additional products or services to clients as appropriate.
- Develop and implement account plans, strategies, and action items to achieve mutual goals.
- Monitor and report on account performance, including key metrics and customer satisfaction.
- Handle escalations and ensure timely resolution of any issues, demonstrating responsiveness and reliability.
- Keep clients informed of industry trends, product updates, and best practices that can benefit their businesses.
- Maintain accurate client records and account documentation.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop strategies for client retention and growth.
- Participate in regular training to stay up-to-date on products and industry trends.
