The Clinical Solutions Account Manager is responsible for establishing and maintaining strong relationships with healthcare institutions, providers, and stakeholders, offering tailored clinical solutions to meet their specific needs. This role combines expertise in healthcare and clinical services with strong account management skills.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business or related field.
  • 2-3 years of inside sales/ International Account management experience (Focused on Renewal)
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Experience in a corporate sales environment preferred (B2B)

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Build and manage a portfolio of healthcare clients, serving as the primary point of contact for all clinical solutions.
  2. Develop an in-depth understanding of each client's clinical needs, objectives, and challenges.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including clinical experts, to design and customize solutions to meet client requirements.
  4. Ensure the successful implementation and utilization of clinical solutions by clients.
  5. Monitor the performance of clinical solutions, track relevant metrics, and report on outcomes.
  6. Proactively address any clinical concerns or issues that may arise, working to resolve them effectively.
  7. Conduct regular account reviews to identify opportunities for improvements and expansion of services.
  8. Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and emerging clinical practices to provide informed recommendations to clients.
  9. Coordinate pricing, contract negotiations, and renewals for clinical services.
  10. Maintain accurate documentation, including contracts, agreements, and account records.
  11. Prepare and present clinical account plans and strategies to achieve mutual clinical and business goals.
