TA Operations Associate – Agent Hiring

Job Description:

• Conduct initial screening by reviewing resumes, credentials and qualifications of applicants and recommend for behavioral interviews
• Conduct behavioral interviews for agent candidates based on program’s hiring profile as needed
• Ensure all applicants receive swift attention and closure of requests to promote good applicant experience
• Administer generic and program specific assessments as needed
• Maintains files in accordance with company and external auditor standards to include advertising documentation, applicant records and screening records

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree holder in Psychology, Behavioral Science, Human Resources Management or equivalent
• Recruitment experience is required
• If without recruitment experience, at least with CSR/TSR experience
• Excellent communication skills
• Willing to work in Hybrid set up (Location: Mandaluyong)
• Day shift, Mid shift
• Project-based 3 months (possible for extension/renewal depending on performance and business needs)
• Salary: 20k-25k
