About the job Compensation Analyst II
Job Summary:
The Compensation Analyst provides coordination and administration services in support of the compensation team and compensation processes including file creation, routine auditing of data, standard report creation, and data entry.
• Provide day-to-day support to compensation team around compensation processes and programs, including standard query creation, data entry, routine data audits, etc.
• Document any changes to the current standard processes. Ensure documentation around processes are kept-up-to date.
• Responsible for maintaining and coordinating data files (consolidation of data from multiple distinct files and creation of multiple distinct files from one centralized source)
• Provide tactical support to the cyclical processes including merit and bonus cycle
• Coordinate with centralized rewards team on audits, rewards data maintenance and other compensation projects as required;
• Process other transactions as required.
Qualifications:
• Minimum 1-2 years of related Compensation, HR or finance related experience
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• Intermediate MS Office skills including strong Excel (Includes ability to perform VLOOKUP, other basic calculations and formulas, demonstrated ability to use other MS Office applications)
• Good English communication skills required.
• Self-motivated and the ability to prioritize and multi-task, strong team player
• Ability to communicate effectively with team and maintain confidentiality of sensitive employee information
