Job Summary:
We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Order Processing & Fulfillment Specialist to manage end-to-end order handlingfrom processing customer requests to coordinating delivery or issuance of physical and digital products. This role ensures accurate, timely, and smooth fulfillment aligned with service level agreements and customer expectations.
The ideal candidate is organized, responsive, and capable of working with internal teams, vendors, and clients to support high-volume and time-sensitive operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review, validate, and process incoming orders in the system for physical and/or digital product fulfillment.
- Coordinate with relevant departments (e.g., warehouse, logistics, customer service) to ensure timely and accurate delivery.
- Track order status and proactively manage exceptions, delays, or fulfillment issues.
- Maintain accurate records of orders, dispatch documents, and proof of delivery or issuance.
- Support documentation and reporting requirements related to order processing, inventory movements, or client reconciliations.
- Handle customer or internal inquiries related to order status, delivery schedules, and fulfillment procedures.
- Assist in quality checks, control processes, and continuous improvement initiatives in order management.
- Comply with internal controls and operational guidelines.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Operations, or a related field.
- At least 2-4 years of experience in order processing, fulfillment, logistics, or customer operations.
- Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and data integrity.
- Proficient in MS Excel and order management systems or tools.
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Good communication skills and a proactive, customer-focused attitude.
