HR Analyst

Salary: up to PHP22K
With Retirement Plan

This is an independent contributor role reporting to the Human Resources Supervisor for Shared Service Centre based in the Philippines. The appointee will provide professional and proactive support on all HR initiatives and activities surrounding recruitment, compensation and benefits administration and performance management for Asia Pacific countries.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree holder, preferably in Business Admin., HRDM, or equivalent
• At least 1 year of HR Admin experience is required
• Experience in Employee Benefits and Timekeeping is a plus
• Exposure in APAC countries/companies/clients is also a plus
• Open to work in dayshift
• Willing to work onsite (Vertis North, Quezon City, beside Trinoma)
