Key Responsibilities

Oversee and manage the Conflicts Management Request queue in line with service level expectations

Provide support and guidance to the team on conflicts of interest and technical queries

Collaborate with global leaders and stakeholders to ensure smooth service delivery

Facilitate regular team meetings, performance reviews, and development plans

Monitor team goals and contribute to performance tracking and reporting

Manage HR-related tasks including leave requests, data entry, and evaluation processes
What You Will Bring

Bachelor's degree required

Experience in conflicts of interest, compliance, or legal/professional services is preferred

Prior leadership or supervisory experience, ideally within a shared services or multinational environment

Strong understanding of SLA and KPI-driven performance management

Excellent problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills
