Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced and commercially minded Deal Advisory Manager to lead transaction advisory engagements, including buy-side and sell-side financial due diligence, business valuations, and deal structuring. The role involves working closely with clients, internal teams, and external stakeholders to support informed decision-making and successful deal execution.

The ideal candidate brings strong financial acumen, experience managing M&A projects, and the ability to deliver value-added insights in a fast-paced professional services environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end transaction advisory engagements, including financial due diligence, valuation support, and business analysis.
  • Perform and review detailed financial analysis, including quality of earnings, normalized working capital, and debt analysis.
  • Lead the preparation of client deliverables, reports, and presentations that clearly communicate key findings and commercial implications.
  • Coordinate with clients, legal advisors, and other third parties throughout the transaction process.
  • Supervise and coach junior team members, ensuring technical accuracy and high-quality execution.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional specialists (e.g., tax, valuation, restructuring) to provide integrated M&A solutions.
  • Support business development activities including pitch preparation, proposal development, and client relationship management.
  • Keep current on market developments, industry trends, and regulatory changes relevant to transactions.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related field; CPA or CFA preferred.
  • 6-8 years of experience in financial due diligence, M&A, investment banking, or transaction advisory.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting standards, valuation methods, and deal mechanics.
  • Experience managing client relationships and multiple engagements simultaneously.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and report-writing skills.
  • Strong attention to detail with a commercial mindset.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and financial modeling.
