About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Business Analyst to serve as a key finance partner supporting our transformation initiatives. This role bridges strategy, finance, and project management driving process improvements, ensuring financial rigor, and enabling data-driven decisions across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with the PMO and Finance teams to support transformation programs from planning to execution.
  • Identify, analyze, and document business and financial requirements in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
  • Support the design and implementation of new processes, systems, and financial reporting tools.
  • Conduct gap analysis, root cause assessments, and impact evaluations to guide decision-making.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards, KPIs, and performance metrics to measure success.
  • Translate complex financial and operational data into clear insights and executive presentations.
  • Contribute to change management efforts, including communication, training, and adoption strategies.
  • Track project timelines, risks, and deliverables to ensure alignment and timely completion.
  • Promote financial transparency, strategic alignment, and accountability across transformation workstreams.

Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
  • 35 years of experience in business analysis, FP&A, or transformation roles.
  • Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.).
  • Experience using ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and building financial models.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities.
  • Can start ASAP.

Preferred Attributes

  • Experience in large-scale transformation or change initiatives.
  • Familiarity with Agile or Lean methodologies.
  • Strong storytelling and presentation skills suited for executive audiences.
  • MBA or professional certification (e.g., CBAP, PMP) is an advantage.
