About the Role
We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Business Analyst to serve as a key finance partner supporting our transformation initiatives. This role bridges strategy, finance, and project management driving process improvements, ensuring financial rigor, and enabling data-driven decisions across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with the PMO and Finance teams to support transformation programs from planning to execution.
- Identify, analyze, and document business and financial requirements in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
- Support the design and implementation of new processes, systems, and financial reporting tools.
- Conduct gap analysis, root cause assessments, and impact evaluations to guide decision-making.
- Develop and maintain dashboards, KPIs, and performance metrics to measure success.
- Translate complex financial and operational data into clear insights and executive presentations.
- Contribute to change management efforts, including communication, training, and adoption strategies.
- Track project timelines, risks, and deliverables to ensure alignment and timely completion.
- Promote financial transparency, strategic alignment, and accountability across transformation workstreams.
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
- 35 years of experience in business analysis, FP&A, or transformation roles.
- Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.).
- Experience using ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and building financial models.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
- Able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities.
- Can start ASAP.
Preferred Attributes
- Experience in large-scale transformation or change initiatives.
- Familiarity with Agile or Lean methodologies.
- Strong storytelling and presentation skills suited for executive audiences.
- MBA or professional certification (e.g., CBAP, PMP) is an advantage.
