Mobility Center of Excellence (MCOE) Analyst

Job Responsibilities

The position demonstrates experience in participating in the delivery of mobile application engagements. The MCOE Analystmust be familiar with current state of mobile technology and mobile best practices. Must be knowledgeable on application development and can provide recommendation on a code level.

Description of tasks:

• Collaborate across the organization for successful publication of apps
• Understand enabling components: security, infrastructure, platform and application development
• Within area of expertise, provides technical guidance concerning mobility issues
• Assessment on application code level and come up with recommendations that are in-line with best practices in relation to changes in components and/or OS upgrade
• Analyze feedback from stores and provide recommendation for application improvement
• Cascade the latest policy updates and requirements for submission of application to stores
• Assessment on application code level and come up with recommendations that are in-line with best practices for changes in the components and/or OS upgrade
• Application inventory and management of application feedback from store for all supported applications
• Generate monthly digital usage/adoption statistics report
• Manage mobile OS version testing

Job Requirements

• Experience on mobile app industry
• Experience publishing apps on Google Play and the App Store
• With good communication skills
• Experience in software development is an advantage
• iOS native applications
• Android native applications
• Hybrid applications (MFP, Flutter, React Native, Ionic, Framework 7, PhoneGap)

• Expertise in software development lifecycl
• Able to work flexible hours and weekends as required.
