Job Summary:

Supervises the activities to attract and evaluate candidates for open positions through recruiting website, employee referrals, on-site recruiting, search firms/agencies and other sourcing methods. Ensures policies and procedures are followed and ensures positions are filled efficiently and effectively.

Responsibilities:

  • l Identifying future hiring needs and developing job descriptions and specifications.
  • l Collaborating with department managers to compile a consistent list of requirements.
  • l Attracting suitable candidates through databases, online employment forums, social media, etc.
  • l Conducting interviews and sorting through applicants to fill open positions.
  • l Assessing applicants' knowledge, skills, and experience to best suit open positions.
  • l Completing paperwork for new hires.
  • l Promoting the company's reputation and attractiveness as a good employment opportunity.
  • l Managing internship programs.
  • l Keeping up-to-date on current employment legislation and regulations and enforcing them within the company.
  • Providing recruitment reports to team managers.

Education, Experience, and Licensing Requirements:

  • l A bachelor's degree in human resources or relevant course
  • l The ability to conduct different types of interviews.
  • l Proven experience as supervisor or relevant role for at least 4-5 years.
  • l Experience with recruitment processes and databases.
  • l The ability to design and implement recruiting strategies.
  • l Excellent communication skills.
  • l Good interpersonal skills.
  • l Good decision-making skills.
