About the job Digital Client Lead
Key responsibilities:
• Accountable for client relationship & business objectives for the specific set of clients
• Develop digital media & performance marketing strategy on key overall marketing framework initiatives
including but not limited BOE, Hero Hub Hygiene, etc.
• Lead SEM for key accounts under the Business Unit, increase spendings on Search
• Lead all digital media & performance marketing tasks & identify where different expertise of network can be
maximized for client solutions
• Develop measurement frameworks, robust benchmarks and norms across channels and media types
• Lead team to prepare and present digital media & performance marketing strategies and plans to client &
directly work on these items where needed to support the team
• Translate digital media & performance marketing plans into effective buys and supervise implementation
• Oversee and quality control of media monitoring, proof of performance, campaign optimization and post?analysis to ensure client objectives are meet, including:
o Setting digital test & learn initiatives
o Anticipate, review and present point-of-views on online media trends, issues, developments and
opportunities
o Share digital points of view, research and case studies with the business team(s) he/she works with
• Organize & present during client meetings for different tasks
• Develop and maintain good relationship with key media vendors and internal teams
• Develop and maintain strong relationship with clients and have a good understanding of our clients’ business
• Help to develop local business through existing clients and potential new opportunities, including the sell in of
new ideas and services to the clients
• Supervise junior team member(s) to develop his/her digital capabilities
• Actively look for opportunities to grow business & lead new business pitches. Writing SOW documents &
working on new client onboarding
• Support digital training and deliver capability building workshops
• Hiring & leading a high performance-team of digital experts (media, performance marketing, content & client)
across different function & collaborate with expertise heads to deliver quality output
• Be a mentor & motivator to team members & help them grow in their skills & expertise sets to achieve their
objectives
• Willing to learn, innovate & contribute more for self-growth
• Work closely with iProspect leadership to improve internal & external processes
Qualifications:
• Minimum 3 years relevant working experience in digital media in both an implementation and leadership
capacity in a top digital or media agency
• Knowledge with SEM, basics of SEO
• Excellent leadership & communication skills
• A proven ability to translate digital strategy into operation
• Proactive attitude and result driven mindset
• Produce work of high quality
• Experience driving revenue growth with emerging opportunities and established partnerships
• Able to sell concepts and solutions to clients and key stakeholders
• Adaptable to the changing environment
• Passionate about "new" media communication and evolving technology
• Working knowledge of key ad trafficking and reporting technology such as DFA, MediaMind, IAS, MOAT, DCM,
etc.
