Sales Associate - Jewellery (HKD15-25K base + Commission)

Location: Central ,Hong Kong Store
Reports to: Store Manager

As the Sales Associate of our luxury jewellery Maison, you are dedicated to demonstrating the excellence of our legacy while delivering unparalleled service to our discerning clientele in Hong Kong's dynamic luxury market. Your product knowledge, artistic sensibility, and consultative approach will transform jewellery appreciation into extraordinary client experiences and lasting relationships.

The role:

• Demonstrate sales excellence to consistently achieve individual and team sales targets.
• Provide white-glove service protocols (from door greeting to after-sales care).
• Master storytelling techniques, craftsmanship, collection highlights, and unique pieces.
• Assist the Store Manager in delivering operational excellence: shop opening/closing procedures, security protocols, floor management, and inventory control.
• Ensure all sales activities comply with corporate brand standards, including product presentation and visual merchandising.
• Maintain rigorous security standards to protect customers, colleagues, and store assets through proper merchandise handling.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• 2+ years luxury retail/jewellery sales experience in Hong Kong.
• Proven track record of sales generation and client relationship building.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

• Exceptional presentation, interpersonal, and client consultation skills.
• Strong team player with service excellence mindset.
• Excellent command of Cantonese, Mandarin, and English (written and spoken).
