Sales Manager (Smart Home & Smart Medical Devices)

**3–5 years of sales management experience; experience with JD.com and other top e-commerce platforms is highly preferred**

Job Description

  1. Achieve overall business and sales targets; explore new markets, acquire new clients, collect market information, customer needs and competitor activities, provide timely feedback to ensure sales goals are met.
  2. Analyze market trends and customer demands deeply, identify potential business opportunities and expand market coverage.
  3. Lead and manage the sales team, improve team performance and execution through effective management and incentive mechanisms.
  4. Collaborate closely with internal teams including operations, supply chain and e-commerce platforms to ensure smooth sales processes and high customer satisfaction.
  5. Track sales performance, analyze data insights, optimize sales strategies and ensure goal delivery.
  6. Establish and maintain long-term relationships with key clients and channel partners to enhance loyalty and support sustainable business growth.

Job Requirements

  1. Bachelor's degree or above, major in Marketing, Business Administration or related field is preferred.
  2. 3–5 years of sales management experience; experience with JD.com and other top e-commerce platforms is highly preferred; familiarity with high-end smart home appliances, embedded whole-house smart systems, home smart medical devices or chronic care management devices.
  3. Excellent sales and negotiation skills, with strong ability to capture customer needs and key decision points.
  4. Strong cross-team coordination and team management skills, able to lead a team to achieve targets.
  5. Proactive, self-driven, with excellent communication and presentation skills.
  6. Data-sensitive, able to identify issues through data analysis and optimize business strategies accordingly.
