Job Description

  1. Sales Performance: Lead implementation of annual and quarterly sales targets; conduct regular performance reviews and adjust sales strategies accordingly.
  2. Day-to-Day Operations: Efficiently handle customer needs across ASEAN, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty. Develop and expand the company's export business, acquire new clients, and maintain and strengthen client relationships.
  3. Process Optimization: Streamline and optimize the full export process (quotations, contract signing, order follow-up, etc.); develop standardized operating procedures to improve efficiency, reduce communication costs, and ensure smooth business execution.
  4. Order Management: Independently negotiate, conclude, and follow up export orders to ensure successful order fulfillment.
  5. Team Building & Management: Establish and manage local sales teams; build team operating systems and improve team capabilities.
  6. Market Development & Client Support: Deeply explore ASEAN market needs and provide clients with accurate market insights and competitor analysis reports. Offer targeted recommendations—such as product selection and operational optimization—for clients' business scenarios (e.g., cross-border e-commerce sellers) to increase client engagement.
  7. Competitive Analysis: Systematically analyze competitors' product advantages, service models, and pricing strategies within the ASEAN market; distill the company's core differentiators and develop targeted competitive plans to help the company gain market traction.

Requirements

  • Diploma or above; majors in International Trade, Business English or related fields preferred.
  • 5+ years' experience in export/business development; experience working with ASEAN clients or local channels is a plus.
  • Fluent in English (listening, speaking, reading and writing) with strong business communication skills.

Excellent communication, negotiation and client service skills; willing to travel as required.

3. 流程優化:梳理並優化外貿全流程(報價、合同簽訂、訂單跟進等),制定標準化操作規範,提升業務處理效率,降低溝通成本,保障業務順暢推進。

4. 獨立完成外貿訂單的洽談、簽訂及跟進,確保訂單順利執行;

5. 組建管理當地銷售團隊,搭建團隊運營體系,提升團隊業務能力

6. 深度挖掘東盟市場需求,為客戶提供精准的市場洞察、競品分析報告,結合客戶業務場景(如跨境電商賣家)提供專業選品、運營優化等針對性建議,提升客戶合作粘性。

7. 系統分析東盟市場內競品的產品優勢、服務模式及定價策略,提煉公司核心差異化亮點,制定針對性競爭方案,助力市場突圍。

【任職要求】

大專及以上學歷,國際貿易、商務英語等相關專業優先;

5年+外貿業務、有東盟客戶或者當地渠道對接經驗優先。;

- 英語聽說讀寫流利,能熟練使用英文進行商務溝通;

- 具備良好的溝通能力、談判技巧和客戶服務意識,能適應出差。
