Job Summary

Support credit leadership to review existing credit workflows, business processes and credit application procedures, provide professional comments & improvement advice, and define business requirements to build an automated credit system for the credit department.

Key Duties

  1. Interview credit teams to map end-to-end credit application & operational workflows
  2. Assess current process pain points, gaps and compliance risks; deliver optimization comments & actionable recommendations
  3. Translate business needs into clear functional requirements for the new automated credit system
  4. Assist in system solution review, UAT coordination and process standardization
  5. Compile full project handover documents before contract ends

Requirements

  1. Bachelor's degree in Finance/Banking; min 3 years credit business analysis experience in HK commercial banking
  2. Deep knowledge of corporate credit application, credit approval workflows and HKMA credit compliance rules
  3. Strong capability to audit business flows and propose automation-oriented process improvements
  4. Fluent English, Cantonese, Mandarin; advanced Excel for process mapping & data analysis
  5. Logical, independent, detail-focused; can commit consistent weekly hours immediately

Contract Terms

Negotiable daily/hourly pay; MPF covered, no full-time employee benefits. Fixed 3-month term; extension requires mutual written agreement. Strict banking secrecy applies.
