Key Responsibilities
- Serve as a strategic HR business partner, collaborating with management to align HR strategies with organizational goals.
- Provide comprehensive HR services, managing daily operations at the Head Office (HO) in Hong Kong while ensuring alignment with business needs.
- Develop and implement talent management strategies, including workforce planning, employee engagement initiatives, and leadership development programs.
- Advise leadership on HR best practices, policies, and procedures, ensuring alignment with contemporary people management approaches.
- Utilize data analytics to assess workforce trends and drive informed decision-making related to talent acquisition, retention, and employee development.
- Manage employee relations, fostering a positive workplace culture and proactively addressing employee concerns.
- Lead performance management initiatives, including goal setting, feedback processes, and succession planning to promote a high-performance culture.
- Oversee compensation and benefits strategies, conducting market assessments to ensure competitiveness and alignment with organizational objectives.
- Support change management initiatives and organizational development efforts to enhance overall effectiveness.
- Execute ad-hoc projects and initiatives as assigned, ensuring alignment with business priorities.
Requirements
- University graduate with 10 years of experience as an HR business partner/ Compensation and Benefits within sizable organizations.
- Proven ability to drive HR initiatives that support business objectives in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong knowledge of organizational development, employee relations, recruitment, talent development, and performance management.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with a proactive and collaborative approach to partnering with leadership and staff.
- Open and approachable personal style, characterized by high energy and commitment.
- Self-driven, positive, diplomatic, and adept at engaging with individuals at all levels of the organization.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
- Dependable, capable of multitasking, and committed to maintaining high ethical standards and confidentiality.
- Proficient in written and spoken English and Chinese.
- Bachelors degree or higher in Human Resources Management or a related field.
