Sales Manager - Macau

Position Title: Luxury Jewelry & Fashion Sales Professional (Macau PR Required)
Location: High-End Boutique, Macau
Salary: Base +

Core Responsibilities

Sales & Client Service

• Provide expert consultations on fine jewelry and luxury fashion collections
• Build and maintain relationships with high-net-worth clients
• Conduct private viewings and personalized shopping experiences
• Process sales transactions with meticulous attention to detail

Product Knowledge

• Master comprehensive details of all inventory (gemstones, materials, craftsmanship)
• Stay current with collection launches and designer collaborations
• Communicate product value and brand heritage effectively

Boutique Operations

• Maintain pristine merchandise presentation and displays
• Assist with inventory management and security procedures
• Uphold all brand standards and service protocols

Required Qualifications

• Macau Permanent Resident status (Mandatory)
• Minimum 5-7 years' experience in luxury jewelry/fashion retail
• Fluency in Cantonese and Mandarin (English proficiency preferred)
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Ability to work in a small team environment (2-4 staff)

Preferred Qualifications

• GIA certification or equivalent gemology knowledge
• Experience with VIP clienteling and appointment-based sales
