Job Title: SOE E-commerce Manager (Prefer Tech AI background)

Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced E-commerce Manager on half of our client which is a listed company in HK. He/she will lead online sales strategies and operations. The ideal candidate will leverage their expertise in marketing,big data analytics, system integration, and their extensive connections within the global digital marketplace to develop and implement effective e-commerce strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive e-commerce strategies to drive sales growth in various digital marketplaces.
  • Utilize big data analytics to gather insights on consumer behavior, market trends, and performance metrics to inform decision-making.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with KOLs (Key Opinion Leaders) to enhance brand visibility and engagement on digital platforms.
  • Manage and optimize product listings across multiple online portals to ensure maximum reach and conversion rates.
  • Oversee system integration to ensure smooth operations across different e-commerce platforms and tools.
  • Combine the latest technology as marketing tools, such as AI, to enhance business strategies, particularly in marketing promotions.
  • Network with marketplaces and agencies in Hong Kong and China to develop partnerships and enhance brand presence.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and logistics, to ensure seamless execution of e-commerce initiatives.
  • Participate in e-commerce exhibitions and industry events to promote the brand and network with potential partners.
  • Regularly communicate with relevant stakeholders in the overseas recruitment and operations team to formulate business development plans and ensure the good performance of platforms.
  • Stay informed about global e-commerce trends, platforms, and best practices to keep the company competitive in the marketplace.
  • Analyze sales data and consumer insights to develop targeted marketing campaigns and promotional strategies.
  • Monitor and report on the performance of e-commerce initiatives, providing recommendations for continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Analytics, or a related field; an MBA is a plus.
  • A creative mindset with a keen ability to stay updated on the latest trends in the technology market.
  • Proven experience in e-commerce management, preferably within the Hong Kong and China markets.
  • Strong background in market data analytics and data analysis tools.
  • Familiarity with major global digital marketplaces, including their operations and best practices.
  • Experience in system integration and its application in e-commerce environments.
  • Demonstrated success in market promotion and participation in e-commerce exhibitions.
  • Strong network of connections with KOLs for live selling, marketplaces, and agencies in Hong Kong and China.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
