This role does not require full-time in-office attendance. Only a few working hours per day are needed, or you may work just several days weekly instead of a full work week.

Job Summary

Support the credit leadership team in reviewing existing credit workflows, business processes and credit application procedures. Deliver professional feedback and improvement suggestions, and define business requirements to develop an automated credit system for the Credit Department.

Key Duties

  1. Conduct interviews with credit teams to map out end-to-end credit application and operational workflows.
  2. Identify pain points, process gaps and compliance risks within current operations; provide optimisation feedback and actionable recommendations.
  3. Translate business demands into clear functional specifications for the new automated credit system.
  4. Support system solution reviews, coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT) and standardise business processes.
  5. Compile a complete set of project handover documentation prior to contract expiry.

Requirements

  1. Bachelor's degree in Finance or Banking; minimum 5 years of credit business analysis or RM experience within corporate banking.
  2. In-depth expertise in corporate credit applications, credit approval workflows and HKMA credit compliance regulations.
  3. Strong ability to audit business processes and propose automation-focused process enhancements.
  4. Fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin; advanced Excel skills for process mapping and data analysis.
  5. Logical thinking, self-directed, meticulous attention to detail; able to commit consistent weekly working hours with immediate availability.
