Responsibilities

  • Master the Groups global operations to become a process expert.

  • Apply Lean Six Sigma techniques to identify and implement process improvements across locations.

  • Use data and statistical analysis to prioritize projects and measure the impact of innovations.

  • Deploy cutting-edge tools and technologies to advance operational excellence.

  • Conduct time-and-motion studies to optimize workflows.

  • Develop, monitor, and report key operational performance metrics.

  • Promote a culture of continuous improvement and innovation organization-wide.

  • Travel internationally up to 25% of the time to collaborate with global teams and partners.

Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in Industrial, Manufacturing, Process Engineering, or equivalent experience.

  • Minimum 7 years in process engineering with strong strategic and analytical skills.

  • Solid foundation in Lean Six Sigma or related quality methodologies.

  • Proficient in database management, data visualization, and statistical analysis tools (e.g., Tableau, Minitab, R, MySQL).

  • Experience leading or participating in Kaizen initiatives and mapping workflows.

  • Ability to prioritize and deliver in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.

  • Deep curiosity for system analysis, root-cause problem-solving, and innovation.

  • Self-motivated, independently manages multiple projects amid ambiguity.

  • Proven innovation capabilities with measurable impact using KPIs/statistics.

  • Exceptional technical, analytical, and detail-oriented problem-solving skills.

  • Excellent communication skills for clear engagement with business, technical, and operational teams.

  • Strong interpersonal skills to collaborate and influence effectively.


Qualifications

  • Masters or PhD in Industrial, Manufacturing, or Process Engineering.

  • 10+ years of process engineering experience.

  • 5+ years in hotel operations or related hospitality experience.

  • Expertise in advanced data visualization and analysis tools (Tableau, Minitab, R, MySQL).
