IT Manager - One Man Team - HKD 50K/month

Job Purpose

Manage and support the company's IT infrastructure and daily IT operations while driving digital transformation and AI-driven initiatives to improve systems and business processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily IT operations including network, hardware, software, cybersecurity, and end-user support across the Hong Kong office and remote sites.
• Manage and maintain IT equipment, software licenses, and vendor relationships independently.
• Identify opportunities for using AI and emerging technologies to enhance business performance, efficiency, and innovation.
• Lead projects to upgrade IT systems, implement new digital tools, and improve workflows.
• Ensure data security, disaster recovery, and business continuity planning.
• Provide technical support and training to staff, promoting user adoption of new technology.
• Collaborate with senior management to align IT strategy with business goals and innovation priorities.

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience managing IT operations, ideally in a manufacturing or retail environment.
• Experience or strong interest in AI technologies and digital transformation initiatives.
• Hands-on skills with network administration, cybersecurity, ERP, and cloud services.
• Strong problem-solving, project management, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple responsibilities efficiently.
• Fluency in English; Cantonese and Mandarin are advantageous.
