What You must Bring:

• Red Seal / Trade Certificate (essential)

• 5+ years experience as a Foreman or Supervisor in heavy-duty commercial trucks
• Strong technical knowledge of Volvo, UD, or Chinese brand trucks will be advantageous

• Proven track record managing teams of 40+ staff

• Patience, leadership, and excellent communication skills
