Requirements:
- Experience: A minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in Licensing and Registration of vehicles.
- Matric: A high school diploma is a fundamental requirement.
- Pressure Handling: Demonstrated ability to perform effectively under high-pressure scenarios.
- Administration Skills: Proficiency in office administration with an outstanding commitment to detail.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills, essential for effective interaction.
- Valid Driver's License: A valid driver's license is a mandatory requirement.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Liaison: Efficiently communicate with the dealership concerning vehicle license and registration procedures.
- Documentation Management: Ensure that all registration and licensing documents, along with invoices, are promptly submitted to the bank/licensing department.
- Number Plates: Assume responsibility for ensuring that number plates adhere to dealership requirements.
- Forms: Acquire all pertinent forms in advance from the traffic or licensing department.
- Creditors: Manage creditors associated with licensing and registration.
- Office Administration: Carry out fundamental office administration tasks.
