Our client a well established Automotive Workshop is seeking the services of an experienced Parts Administrator.
- Experience in Costing of Vehicle parts to go onto quotes
- Sourcing parts and suppliers experience is essential
- Accuracy and attention to detail
- 3-5 Years parts administration & sourcing experience
- Must be able to follow policies and procedures
- Creating and authorising purchase orders
- Sending orders to the supplier and following up to ensure that it is received timeously and that deadlines are met.
- Ensure parts are ordered in a timeous manner in order for Technicians to complete their work
