Our client a well established franchise dealership is seeking the services of a Finance Administrator / Clerk for the Midrand, Johannesburg area.

The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting the accountant with the organising all documentation related to the finance department.

The Finance Administrator responsibilities will include maintaining records for all transactions, preparing monthly and quarterly financial reports and processing reimbursements. If you have a background in Finance and knowledge of bookkeeping activities, and your experience is in the motor industry wed like to meet you.

Min Requirements (Only candidates who have Motor industry software experience will be considered)

  • Min 3 Years experience as a Debtors and Creditors Clerk.
  • Min 3 Years experience in Stock control, invoicing, Warranties.
  • Experience in Motor Industry accounting software: Automate, Evolve, Kerridge, Autoline, Pinnacle is essential.
  • Good understanding of bookkeeping procedures
  • Time-management and organisation skills
  • Must be organised and have Excellent attention to detail
  • Relevant qualifications will be advantageous but are not essential.
  • Experience must be in the Motor industry and with a reputable brand.

Responsibilities

  • Assist Accountant with Finance admin.
  • Stock control, Warranties, Debtors and Creditors.
