Our client a well established Accounting firm in Stellenbosch is seeking the services of an experienced Tax / Secretarial Administrator. 

Min Requirements

  • 5+ years experience in Secretarial administration for Companies / Close Corporations (CIPC)
  • 5+ years experience in administration for Trusts (Master of the High Court)
  • Experience in Tax Administration for SARS is essential.
  • Experience in Estate administration will be advantageous.

Duties will include the following:

  • Annual returns CIPC
  • Company  Deregistration (CIPC & SARS), Name Reservering, Transfer of shares, Foundation & Registration with SARS, Issuance / Allocation of shares, Issuance of share certificate, Change of directors (CoR 39), Change of registered address, Changing year-ending (CIPC & SARS), Change of name.
  • Checking for Companies Act (Change of deed), Changing current MOI
  • Amendments and Changing members
  • New registration (A18A/Tax exempt)
  • Convert / Restoration  of CK to Company
  • Shareholding confirmation
  • Repurchase/cancellation of shares (a/holder change)
  • Requesting trust documents from Master
  • Dissolution (Master & SARS)
  • Setup Trust (A18A/Tax exempt)
  • Change of Trust Deed

Tax Administration:

  • Objection Matters
  • Update Tax info 
  • Import /Export (Customs) registration
  • Income tax registration (completion of form)
  • Co-Op , VAT , LBS, UIF registration
  • Deregistration of VAT/PAYE etc.
  • Tax Clearance' Certificate
  • Application for Foreign Tax Allowance certificate
  • Provisional Tax Administration
