Our client a Commercial Vehicle Dealer is seeking the services of a Vehicle Sales Administrator for the Roodepoort, Johannesburg area.

Min Requirements to qualify for the position

- Fluent in Afrikaans reading and writing (We will test you)
- Must have at least 3 years experience in Vehicle Sales Administrator OR Sales Coordinator Role.
- Must have own transport and valid drivers license
- No criminal record
- Contactable references and accurate history
- Grade 12
- Must preferably reside in Roodepoort, Randburg or Fourways and surrounding area
- Knowledge of how the Vehicle industry works (and the terminology used)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Excel, word, outlook) (We will test you)
- Positive can do attitude
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Assist Vehicle Sales Personnel with admin documentation
- Personal Assistant to Director
- Manage diary and appointments
- Pro - Active at all times
- Assist with all admin related duties and filing including digital
- Cross Border experience advantageous
- Monthly reporting, etc.
- Knowledge of how the Vehicle industry works (and the terminology used)
Package and Benefits:
- R20 000 - R25 000 pm
