Our client a well established Privately Owned Panel workshop is seeking the services of an experienced and dynamic Admin Clerk for the Roodepoort area.

The successful candidate will have 3 years experience in a Panel Shop / Workshop environment. Highly experienced in Quickbooks and MS Excel. 

Min Requirements

  1. 3 years Service Advising Experience advantageous
  2. Must have strong customer focus
  3. Experience in invoicing and vehicle quotes is essential
  4. Must be proficient in Quickbooks
  5. Excellent attention to detail and must be highly organised and good at filing.
  6. Knowledge of creating Jobcards.
  7. Must have intermediate - Advanced MS Excel skills (Formulas)
  8. Must be able to function under pressure this is non negotiable as it is a fast paced environment.
  9. Experience in payroll will be advantageous
  10. Strong administrative skills.
  11. 3 years experience in Debtors & Creditors is essential.
