Minimum Requirements:
- Proven experience in the automotive industry, preferably in after-sales or service operations
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and mentor a team of Service Advisors
- Experience with customer bookings, service delivery, and client retention strategies
- Ability to upsell service plans, extended warranties, and value-added products
- Skilled in handling customer complaints, queries, and escalations professionally
- Understanding of dealership operations and interdepartmental coordination (Sales, Parts, Service)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; brand-focused mindset
- Ability to delegate tasks effectively and manage service workflows
- Strong analytical and reporting skills; experience monitoring KPIs and driving improvements
Key Responsibilities:

Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Service Advisors

Drive and optimise customer bookings, service excellence, and client retention

Coordinate processes and communication between Service, Parts, and Sales departments

Upsell service plans, extended warranties, and value-added products

Manage customer complaints, follow-ups, and escalations to resolution

Maintain brand standards and act as a Brand Ambassador

Ensure efficient workflow and task delegation across the service team

Monitor key service metrics and implement continuous improvements

Minimum 5 years experience in a same role as CRM in the motor industry
