Salesforce Service Cloud Developer

We are looking for a Service Cloud expert dedicated to building world-class customer service experiences.

This role requires a developer who understands the "Service mindset"—optimizing for agent productivity and customer satisfaction through smart automation and clean design.

Key Responsibilities:

• Solution Architecture: Lead the design of service-related features including Case Management, Omni-Channel routing, and Entitlements.
• Process Automation: Design and develop sophisticated automation using Salesforce Flow and asynchronous Apex to streamline service workflows.
• Custom UI/UX: Build intuitive interfaces for the Service Console using Lightning Web Components (LWC) to reduce "swivel-chair" activity for agents.
• Knowledge & Integration: Implement and customize Salesforce Knowledge and integrate third-party service tools or CTI (Computer Telephony Integration).
• End-to-End Development: Own the lifecycle from initial solutioning and technical design to coding and deployment.

Qualifications:

• Solid experience with Service Cloud implementations (Service Console, Field Service, or Experience Cloud is a plus).
• Strong proficiency in Apex, LWC, and Salesforce DX.
• Ability to translate high-level business needs into technical specifications.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Salesforce certifications.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
