About the job Program Manager

Location: Lisbon, Portugal

Type: Full-time

Who we are

We are building technology with purpose.

We believe the best projects happen when there is room for collaboration, trust, smart thinking, and people who genuinely care about delivery.

We are looking for a Program Manager who can bring structure to complexity, align different stakeholders, and ensure multiple initiatives move forward with clarity, pace, and quality.

This is a role for someone who enjoys connecting strategy with execution — without the usual corporate smoke machine.

What youll do

As a Program Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating and driving multiple projects or workstreams, ensuring they are aligned with business priorities, delivered on time, and executed with a high standard of quality.

Your day-to-day may include:

  • Leading and coordinating cross-functional programs from planning to delivery

  • Defining goals, milestones, timelines, dependencies, and governance routines

  • Managing communication with internal teams, leadership, clients, and other stakeholders

  • Identifying risks, blockers, and delivery challenges early, and creating mitigation plans

  • Ensuring alignment between business expectations and operational execution

  • Supporting teams in prioritisation, planning, tracking, and decision-making

  • Monitoring program performance through clear reporting and progress updates

  • Driving continuous improvement, lessons learned, and process optimisation across initiatives

  • Helping create structure in fast-moving environments where clarity is sometimes optional

What were looking for

  • Proven experience in Program Management, Project Management, or a similar coordination role

  • Strong ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously

  • Solid stakeholder management and communication skills

  • Experience working with multidisciplinary teams, including business and technical profiles

  • Strong planning, organisation, and problem-solving mindset

  • Ability to anticipate risks and keep delivery on track

  • Comfortable in dynamic environments with changing priorities

  • Strong sense of ownership, accountability, and attention to detail

  • Fluent English

Nice to have

  • Experience in IT, software development, digital transformation, or consulting environments

  • Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery models

  • Experience with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, Asana, Trello, or similar

  • PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum, or other project/program management certifications
