Business Analyst LiveChat (Hybrid | Portugal)

Were looking for a dynamic and customer-oriented Business Analyst to work on innovative LiveChat and Chatbot solutions. This role is key to translating business goals into technical requirements and fostering a culture of continuous improvement and collaboration.

What youll do:
Support the Product Owner in developing strategy through incremental product improvement, designing business scenarios and use cases.
Analyse and document business requirements, pain points, and opportunities, translating them into IT requirements to obtain estimates for cost, time, and resources.
Help develop user stories, test cases (SIT, UAT), and acceptance criteria in collaboration with DevOps and QA teams.
Facilitate Agile ceremonies (e.g., demos, grooming sessions) and support agile best practices across the team.
Promote a customer-oriented mindset and a culture of collaboration, trust, and transparency.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of service delivery.
Work closely with support teams to ensure the smooth operation of production environments and support business continuity.

Your profile:
Bachelors or Masters degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or equivalent experience.
Minimum of 4 years experience as a Business Analyst or Product Owner, preferably with exposure to LiveChat or Chatbot projects.
Salesforce certification(s) (Service Cloud, Administrator, Superbadges) are highly valued.
Ability to translate CRM and Marketing strategies into system and technical solutions.
Skilled in presenting ideas clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Ability to work effectively in fast-paced environments, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines.
Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, with hands-on experience using Jira and Confluence.
Excellent command of the English language.
