Salesforce Test Lead Hybrid | Portugal

Were looking for a Salesforce Test Lead to join our team and take ownership of quality assurance processes for complex digital projects. This role requires strong communication and leadership skills, along with deep technical understanding and experience in Salesforce Service Cloud.

What youll do:
Work closely with Business Analysts to gain in-depth understanding of business requirements and project goals.
Ensure acceptance criteria are well-defined, testable, and aligned with stakeholder expectations.
Understand technical implementations and design test cases that validate each aspect of the solution, identifying errors, regressions, and implementation weaknesses.
Apply appropriate testing techniques depending on the functionality (functional testing, stress testing, end-to-end integration testing, etc.).
Lead the testing process, coordinate stakeholders, and support the business during User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
Write test cases, prepare test data, and document results for each testing phase.
Conduct review meetings with stakeholders (go/no-go, demos, test gates, etc.).
Define and implement test strategies for new features and non-regression testing.

Your profile:
Minimum 4 years of experience in QA or testing roles.
At least 4 years in Technology projects, ideally with some exposure to call center environments.
Skilled in writing user stories, test plans, test cases, and reporting test results.
Solid knowledge of testing types and strategies: unit, integration, system, UAT, and regression testing.
Strong experience with Salesforce Service Cloud.
Expertise in Jira / Zephyr, including test workflow implementation.
Experience in Agile environments and familiarity with related toolsets is a plus.
Excellent command of the English language.
